HOW TO CIRCULATE PETITIONS

We have begun circulating new petitions, the following will be the procedures:

All it will take is 25,000 registered Arizona voters to get 15 of their family, friends or co-workers to sign all eight petitions.

In order to circulate initiative petitions you must be a registered voter. All petitions must have a copy of initiative attached to it while collecting signatures for people to read if they choose. Once you have filled up all 15 spaces on petition, you can remove copy of initiative and attach it to another petition and collect more signatures. This will save you copying costs. Only registered voters may sign petitions.

All information must be completely filled out by person signing petitions. Person circulating petitions cannot fill out this information. Person circulating petition must sign and have notarized back of each petition. You must collect signatures prior to getting notarized as notary date must be later than signature date of signers or it voids signatures. Print out initiatives and petitions from this site. Put an X at top right corner next to volunteer or paid. State law requires all petitions to be double sided copies on 8 1/2 x 14 paper or they will not be counted.

After petitions are filled up with 15 signatures and you have notarized the back with your signature, mail to:
